Not so long ago on habré there was a whole series of posts from outraged(probably justifiably indignant) messages about locks Google (here Google is once again entered in the Register of banned sites Why Google banned or "wanted as better, and it turned out as always") and here from Roskomnadzor the explanation was received in which they promised not to block Google and some other search engines.
